Diets don't work! They may help you lose weight temporarily but by definition they are a temporary way to eat. Once you go back to doing the same old thing BAM, the weight comes back, plus maybe a little more!
I did that circuit for years. Being vegan, I have found that I can take in lots of filling and satisfying food without much concern of weight gain. Many of these fact-loaded books were vital to me before, during and after I made the decision to go vegetarian. Many of them have lots of recipes and meal plans!
